Her sound work and compositions concentrates on fragility, dreamworld and the subconscious. Performs continuously solo or in cooperations everywhere between Mexico City and Vienna. Numerous compositions for ensembles, radio works as well as installations that operate at the interface of music, performance and visual arts. Several releases on labels like Interstellar records, Mikroton recordings, Monotype records, Mosz etc.

JD Zazie and Peter Cusack both play field recordings in ‘live’ performances and music. We are interested that the recordings remain in their original form without too much change. When recognisable they tell their own stories and narratives but, in combinations and juxtapositions, they can be very playful and surprising. By their nature field recordings have much spatiality and depth. They are very effective at creating vivid images in a listeners’ imagination. This comes out very strongly in the duo’s performance and is part of their interested in choosing recordings played. They wish to give the impression of spaces between music, storytelling and sonic film making.

Nyege Nyege Tapes is a Kampala based label exploring, producing and releasing outsider music from around the region.

Maraš has presented her work internationally, at venues, festivals and events such as  Ruhr Triennial, CTM (Berlin), Ars Electronica (Linz), House of Electronic Arts (Basel), Ruhr Triennial, Espace Multimedia Gantner (Bourogne), Musikprotokoll (Graz), Heroines of Sound (Berlin), Onassis Cultural Centre (Athens), Museum of Contemporary Art (Belgrade), Ausland (Berlin), Izlog Suvremenog Zvuka (Zagreb), ICMC (New York), International Rostrum of Composers (Wroclaw), ISEA (Dubai), International Music Institute (Darmstadt), Orpheus Institute (Ghent) and many other places. Her music was used in theatre plays, experimental and documentary films, presented at places like MOMA (New York), Aubagne International Film Festival and Bitef theatre (Belgrade).

Radian Abyss is the vanity label for Canadian artist Daniel G Sinclair for publishing any related project. Here you will find music from Daniel's entire musical career—learning to multi-track with an old PC and a Tape deck, to multitrack recordings done with a Fostex 4 track, and on to complex electronic creations.
