Rico Casazza is no stranger to the Moving Pictures Label and the local scene. Calling Prague his home for the past few years, Italian electro/techno heavyweight is returning to the imprint with a new record titled “Climax”.

The EP brings to life a pair of high-speed dancefloor weapons, showcasing Rico’s signature touch and sonic precision. 

Complementing these tracks are two remixes by Moving Pictures’ label founders - Roman Rai & Täino, having stayed true to the imprint’s eclectic sound and the record’s driving essence. 

Pressed on black vinyl with a full artwork sleeve & label, 
“Climax” is yet another chapter to be discovered in Moving Pictures’ universe.

"I really wanted this mix to represent as much of my musical world as possible, it's a journey through the different sounds I love and play. I think for a while, there was an assumption about what I play in my sets, but the truth is, my sets change all the time. Every party has its own energy, its own crowd, and there’s just so much music out there that deserves to be heard. ‘Slippin’ is a potent new collaboration between two former Subliminal alumini friends – singer / songwriter Angelica de No, and House & Techno producer / DJ, Alecs (formerly of Chaka & Marty fame), as they deliver a slab of dynamite underground heat for House Trained. Powered by driving percussive beats armed with a pulsing bass groove and a moody synth hook, ‘Slippin’ is dynamic and infectious. Alecs provides a playful cinematic soundtrack, full of tension-filled drops and comes garnished with diva-worthy powerhouse vocal from Angelica, destined to decimate the dance floor!

With over 20 years in the Dance music scene, Angelica de No is an American born multi-cultural beauty (Spanish, Moroccan, Slavic and Czech), and daughter renowned Flamenco singer Angel de No, who grew up surrounded by all music genres. Angelica’s recording journey started in 1997 as a reference track singer, and then quickly converted to a featured artist upon first meeting Guido Osorio in 2001. And in 2003, she hit the Billboard charts with her club classic ‘Dangerous’. Over the course of her career, Angelica has collaborated with the likes of Guido Osorio (DJ Guido of Razor and Guido), Antranig, Joeski, David Morales, MicFreak, Zonum, Patricia Starr, DJ Spen, Erick Morillo, Exacta and Tech Us Out, just to name a few.

Alecs is a House & Techno DJ/Producer from Orange County, California and has been the official producer of Chaka & Marty, releasing productions on Subliminal Records, Juicy Music, HoTL Records, and has remixed for Robbie Rivera and Angelic de No, among others . Now embarking on his solo career, Alecs has been releasing on labels such as Black Lizard, Transmit Recording, Twisted Funk Records, Overtones Records and Duff Music, notching up a plethora of high charting releases, with many more projects in the pipeline, bringing his well crafted special blend of Tech House to the fore. Alecs also produces the Rhythm Section podcast on Soundcloud, featuring live sets and guest mixes from top DJs and producers.
