A rising star who has gone from strength to strength since emerging in the past few years, traversing genres with both her productions and DJ sets, Emily Nash is hotly tipped as one to watch in the future. Having completed mixes for Danny Howard’s Radio 1 mini-mix series alongside gigs at Ministry of Sound, Tobacco Dock and Creamfields, Emily’s DJ CV is well and truly heating up. Further to this, she’s released a string of productions on labels such as Stress Records, racking up plays on Radio 1, Capital and Kiss in the process. Emily is a special talent, so keep that name in mind for the coming years. You can catch her playing for us on 10th December as MK takes over London's newest warehouse space, The Beams.

In yet another display of refined beatmaking, Montreal-based Guillaume Michaud brings forth a minimal, deep tech record that borrows elements from the dub techno and industrial house scenes. A track made for the dimly lit, hazy and smoke-filled club, Play Your Love is that 3:00 AM soundtrack that could just go on and on and still have bodies pulsating on the dancefloor. First discovered signum stuff way back in 99 and I've been a fan ever since, I love that old school trance flavour sound he used in his productions. First time i seen him play live was at gatecrasher at the republic in sheffield back in 2001 and i was lucky to be on his guest list for kiddstock in redcar where i met him again many many years later.

Absolutely loved doing this set - i think I've done the signum stuff justice - its absolutely incredible

Classic Trance Anthems Part 3 30.06.2024

Hey guys! I’ve been wanting to do a Judge Jules inspired mix for a while now so here it is! 
Judge Jules was a big part of my trance journey, whether through his MOS, Clubbers Guide or Clubbed compilations, various club nights and festivals, his Judgement Sunday night in Ibiza, and of course, his Radio One Dance Show on a Saturday afternoon, he’s always been one of my favourite DJs to listen to. There are loads of tracks that I first heard through him so thought I’d use some of those ‘tried & tested’ tunes for this mix. There’s a couple of mixes I’m not overly happy with and usually I would just redo the whole mix but I really can’t be bothered!

Creamfields is an electronic dance music festival series founded and organised by British club promoter Cream, with its UK edition taking place on August Bank Holiday weekend, with a number of international editions held across various territories worldwide.

First held in 1998 in Winchester, the festival moved to Cream's home city of Liverpool the following year, taking place on the old Liverpool airport, before moving to its current location on the Daresbury estate in Cheshire. The festival, having initially begun as a one-day event with 25,000 people in attendance, is now a four-day event with camping options hosting 70,000 per day.

The festival is the UK's oldest and most prestigious electronic dance music festival.

Welcome to my page which is dedicated to all things trance! 

I’ve been DJing off and on since I got my first pair of Gemini belt drive decks way back in ‘99, which some people refer to as the “year of trance”.  My love for trance started when I first heard PvD - For an Angel and have been hooked ever since. 

I mainly DJ’d in the 00s at a few bars and clubs in Leicester, but never went any further than that. Then life took over and I gave it all up for about 10 years or so, selling all my DJ equipment in the process.  It was only in lockdown that I started it up again as was so bored, and I got back my love of trance and have been mixing ever since. 

I love most types of trance so wanted to create this page to share my mixes which are made up of my favourite tunes from over the years.
