Included on gardenstate's 'Inspirations' album (released in October 2021), the heartfelt track has seen a new lease of life in recent months. 'The Best Part' has been streamed over five million times as of May 2022, with over 47,000 videos using the track on Instagram Reels, and support in Spotify's 'Chill Tracks' and 'Viral Dance' playlists.

'The Best Part' has also been remixed by Patrice Bäumel and Lost Prince, with Patrice's remix becoming a favourite of UK tastemakers Camelphat, and supported multiple times on BBC Radio 1 by Pete Tong.

Scandivinavian production duo anamē present ‘Anywhere (Road Trippin’)’, the first single from their upcoming debut album on Anjunabeats.

Marcus Schössow and Thomas Sagstad have been planning, plotting and dreaming anamē for two decades. First coming together at a house party in Helsingborg, Sweden, the Swede and the Norwegian bonded over a love of artists (Sasha or early Tiesto), labels (Strictly Rhythm, Defected), ethics (“We both wanted to work hard for our dreams”) and ideas.

Described by the band as their take on ‘the electronic love song of the summer’, ‘Anywhere’ (Road Trippin’)' begins the journey towards their yet-to-be-named debut album, announced in a skit filmed in Anjuna HQ. Over the coming weeks and months, the band will be pulling back the curtain on how an album comes together, through their social media channels and on their ‘It’s a Beautiful World’ podcast series.

The track that closed out both of their sets supporting Above & Beyond at Printworks London in April, ‘Anywhere (Road Trippin’)’ drills into the importance of true, bone-deep connectivity: “You can take me anywhere, just as long as you’re with me.”

‘Must Be Dreaming’ sees the duo reunite with indie-pop band Bien, who racked up over 240K Shazams, 1.15M Instagram videos and 79M TikTok views on their 2022 viral hit with anamė, ‘The Best Part’. The track also saw support in Spotify's 'Chill Tracks' and 'Viral Dance' playlists, and has been streamed over 50 million times to date.

“There's something about how Bien writes songs and how they sing which perfectly aligns with how we write and produce,” Thomas says. “It's just a natural flow, a flow of energy, all the time. So it's never hard to make a song with them. Once they send us something we can feed off, we can have it done in three hours. It's so instant, so quick, so effortless.”

anamē got their new album campaign off to a blistering start with the release of 'Anywhere (Road Trippin')', which was added to Sirius XM BPM and saw support from Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens, Tiësto, Korolova, Mees Salomé, Sultan + Shepard and more.
