Born the son of a Jazz musician and brother to British hip-hop artist Monie Love, Dave’s path in music came to the fore during the 80s acid house scene in London

Dave’s weekly broadcast on pirate radio station Phaze One catapulted him into the spot light with notable publications like Mixmag, DJ Magazine and The Guardia. He has remixed Orbital, Sun Electric, Carl Cox, Juan Atkins, Spooky, James, Roni Size and Underworld and released on esteemed labels such as Polydor/Love, OuterRythum, Fnac, React Records, Island, R+S and Outrage as well as his own infamous Rotation records.

It's safe to say Hackman's got a fair amount of bangers in his closet. From the bassline driven 'More Than Ever' to the Alicia Keys-sampling 'Close' to the funk-swinging 'Change My Life', the Bristolian's output's been exquisite in the last six years. 

The list of labels he's released on is impressive, too, from Well Rounded Records and Greco-Roman to Futureboogie and 20:20 Vision. He's just added Halocyan to that with the 'Semibreves' EP, and there's a couple of heavyweight remixes from KiNK and Timo Maas.

After her huge success being producing part next to Tube & Berger on “Come On Now (Set It Off)” last year, “Larrys Garage EP” consisting of two tracks is one of the most promising releases on the Kittball-catalogue for the first half of 2015. The title track grooves with a deep bass going with a female soul vocal and a cheering crowd which is something in accordance for the upcoming summer and Open Air-Season. “Tender Trip” is a small following to the underground sound of the 90’s tripping with a more classic base and acid-biased loops.
