This mix is a special performance by ANKR’s youngest and most energetic member, Max Huang. Typically a hot-handed, fast-paced selector, Max has cooled down his style for this mix as he shares music inspired by his northern explorations to the ice fields of Rovaniemi, Finland. The mix starts on top of the ice, surrounded by panoramic views of snow capped mountains and the colored northern sky. Soon cracks start to form below our feet and the ice gives way to the frozen depths below.

As usual, we try and let the mix do most of the talking. She brings a deadly techno mix filled with excellent underground tracks and excellent mixing, as I've come to expect from Tasha. Listening to her sets is always a treat.

She has played all over from London to Australia, including festivals Glastonbury & Dimensions. She plays regularly at Tresor, HÖR, Fabric and Fold. She also has a monthly residency on @rinsefm - first Friday of the month 23:00-01:00 BST.

In 2016 Tasha launched the label Neighbourhood. Look out for new releases coming out this year!
