It’s fairly simple to understand why society likes to associate the cherry with the stereotypically feminine. The delicate green stem. The round and plumb curve of flesh. It’s every man’s dream. On the one side you have the red cherry, the sweet, motherly, cartoonish cherry, drawn with two cherries attached to the stem. The Shirley temple. Pretty pretty please with a cherry on top, daddy? The,,, can she bake you a cherry pie? On the other hand, you have the black cherry : tortured mistress, stained fingers, knotted tongue, wicked fruit.

Dans cet épisode, Kristelle Holliday, directrice Générale et codirectrice Artistique du Théâtre des Petites Lanternes (Sherbrooke, QC), et Véronique Pény, directrice artistique de la Cie KMK (FR), dialoguent sur la transposition de la promenade-causerie menée à la fois à Sherbrooke (QC) et à Fresnes (FR).
