Listen to the sound of he wind in the trees... My new creation "Windrauschen in den Bäumen" (engl. wind noise in the trees) is a relaxing orchestral piano piece mixed with an ambient mood....

In this fusion Gregorian Chant meets New Age Music. Perotin's Beata Viscera in a beautiful new version.
Multi tracked mezzo soprano vocal layers sung by Marianne Lihannah against a vocal drone. This drone is accompanied by Pal Landry playing an ambient synth drone, a mellotron vsti and a native flute vsti synth to fuse classical with new age and ambient styles.

The mezzo soprano Marianne Lihannah sings this divine processional Marian hymn which couldn't have been composed before year 1220. It is by 'Perotin' also known as 'Perotin Magister' or 'Perotin the Great' or 'Magister Perotinus' The words are by Phillip de Chancellor a French Theologian and Latin Medieval Lyric Poet.

It starts with the chorus:
'O Wondrous Novelty and unprecedented joy of a mother still intact after giving birth' The mysteries of the Mosaic Law are resolved.

The tree sprung from the mystic rod, unknown in nature. Water gushing from the stone, a pilar showing the way to God's people are favourable signs. 'O Wondrous Novelty......

The eye cannot bear to look freely on the sun, as it rises in the air in all it's purity. Then let it behold that sun from the side, as it is reflected, in the womb of a pregnant woman, where it is enclosed entire. 'O Wondrous Novelty...... *************************************************************
There is actually also a 1st and a 4th verse, which I haven't recorded, because I thought it would make the song too long.

After the success of his collaboration with Maywave on the progressive imprint CJ Seven returns with his debut solo release under his new alias 5irius7 with the delightful titled '1980' for release 411 on the progressive imprint. On remix duties we have Maywave.

'1980' is a deep and driving little number, a really progressive and moody roller, driving percussion and some absolute gorgeous synth work and those big chords and tribal vocals in the breakdown. 

Maywave does what he does best and turns 1980's from a retro sounding progressive number to a modern day masterpiece, with that Maywave sound that everyone loves. Great package from these very talented Polish producers.
