This song began by Steve writing it on his acoustic guitar, singing it, and passing the recording on to Josh to share with the rest of the Eclectic Collective. Tez was first to add his complimentary guitar in his typical expert fashion. Ken then added his very tasteful drums. Soon after. Josh worked his bass part until it was dialed in. After the Rhythm section was solid, JJ came along and sprinkled his organ magic throughout. Then, for good measure, Josh added some lap steel, too.
  Of course, every great song needs a great producer, and Tez was the man for the job on this one. Steve is a fantastic singer and songwriter. We all feel very lucky that he so generously shares his talent and work with us. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed making it.

Hello everyone,  
my mother recently told me again how she met my father. They fell in love while dancing. 
At night, after they came back from dancing, my father would always walk my mother home. They would waltz the entire way through the streets and alleys. When my mother talks about it, her face lights up. My father passed away two years ago. The memory remains with her, though it will never fade.  
In a few weeks, my nephew is getting married. 
I will waltz with my mother at the wedding reception.
