Release thirty-six welcomes young Argentinian producer Polo to the Manjumasi fold with an absolute modern progressive ripper, Nostalgia del Presente. Driven by a hypnotic riff of massive stacked synth chords, this tune evokes the optimism and euphoric expansiveness of turn-of-the-millenium progressive house, while at the same time featuring a modern melancholic edge that places this track firmly in dance music’s current moment.

It features a sonic translation of details, the organic beauty of floral representation, and the transplantation of geometry onto ruinous backgrounds, all of which serve as allegories of the dystopia of the present times.The musical selection has been inspired by the exhibition of the artist and performer Manuel Jesús García.
