Wildflower is an uplifting song about love and freedom. Featuring acoustic guitars, harmony vocals, electric guitar, bass, and drums, the song will have you tapping your toes, clapping and singing along, even doing a little shuffle step in the best Americana tradition. The lyric is honestly in the moment, happy yet with a bit of a wistfulness. Its an Indie song done in a traditional style that is sometimes called Americana, but to me songs built around acoustic guitars and harmony vocals cross cultures and are found everywhere. When I was first coming up as a guitar player, I was helped out a bunch by some older cats who had played every style of music, and they generously and patiently showed me a lot of what I know. We would sit and play acoustic guitars and sing, and really get together on the songs and the music. Sometimes it was in someone's living room or on the porch, or on the beach, but wherever, putting your guitar part and harmonies right in the pocket to make a nice blend was always the goal. This song is kind of a tribute to those great players (long may they run!)and that style of playing and music making, its fun, I hope it never goes away!

The tiny horrors you confess
they don’t impress or even hold a candle to mine
(I make up the rules and I always win)
your filicides waffle

In My Image

Symbiosis is the first album I wrote and produced, I am still learning logic particularly when it comes to mixing and mastering but this project is finally at a standard where I feel happy releasing it. This record is a art-pop/Chamber pop record exploring self growth and healing after a dark period of mental and physical health issues. I sing and play the flute and keys for this record.
