bijū arose from the need to explore the intersection of machine and body. The need to blur the boundaries between dehumanized electronic music and the natural environment. Its selection is a constant search between minimalist and dense, dynamic and slow, sharp and blurry sounds. His a journey, inspired by the multidimensionality of sound synthesis and the sounds coming from the abyss ... a journey that makes you feel inevitably fragile.
As part of the Warsaw collective SUMISH wants to strengthen interactions between people through synergies, exchange of vision and knowledge, building bridges between the islands of different disciplines. Author of the program Gnostic Methods, dedicated to industrial and experimental music - every month on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. on Radio Kapitał.

Jego selekcja - to stałe poszukiwanie między minimalistycznymi, a gęstymi, dynamicznymi i powolnymi, ostrymi i rozmytymi brzmieniami. To podróż, zainspirowana wielowymiarowością syntezy dźwięku oraz odgłosami dochodzącymi z otchłani...podróż, która sprawia, że czujesz się nieuchronnie kruchy. 
W ramach warszawskiego kolektywu SUMISH pragnie wzmocnić interakcje między ludźmi przez synergie, wymianę wizji oraz wiedzy, budując mosty między wyspami różnych dyscyplin. Born as a side project in 2021, Ex.Hale has soon become the main one. With releases on Sonic Groove, Rudiment, brokntoys, OSM Tapes, Voidance Records, Specimen Records and Occultists his mix of field recordings, industrial, electro, drum'n'bass, hardcore and experimental electronica is something that makes everybody move and catched the ear of some of the most innovative and open minded acts in the electronic scene.
Ex.Hale is now considered one of the most interesting and eclectic names of the experimental and idm scene.

Standards & Practices return with their second release this year, following the release of Krohn / Mjolsness's superb "Drummer" EP. The first proper Stave release since 2021's collaboration with Karim Maas on UVB-76, "Godless", "Saints No Drum" is a concise and definitive artistic statement from Jonathan Krohn that encompasses everything that made his previous releases so captivating, while taking his sound in exciting new directions.

"Drum 1 - 4" display a level of refinement and restraint rarely heard in modern electronic music, and there's a sustained atmosphere of brooding, simmering tension that's  simultaneously meditative and menacing. The interstitial tracks here ("Fred S", "Krohn / Schneider", "Squared Off", and the title track) add texture, depth, and nuance to a release that adds up to much more than the sum of its parts.
