A folkie take on Del Amitri’s “Tell Her This” written by Justin Currie & Iain Harvie. I wasn’t aware of this Scottish band during their initial popularity but even their pop hits have some impressive writing behind them and I came to really admire this globally successful band. This song especially touched me with its insightful words which I’ve taken here and done in stripped down folk fashion.
