Everyone's favourite MC and latest Hospital signing Inja has teamed up with fellow hip-hop extraordinaire Pete Cannon for a molten hot fusion of slick lyricism and infectiously energetic jungle.

Having taken the scene by storm this year with seminal tracks ‘Blow Them Away’ and 'Flashlight', Inja is regularly the certified mic controller of choice for A-list DJs such as Zed Bias, Randall, Holy Goof, Diemantle, Sigma, and S.P.Y. His quality matched only by his versatility, spitting on hip hop, 140, jungle and D+B.

Pete Cannon is perhaps the most prolific hip-hop producer on the UK circuit. Venturing away from his funky and up front boom bap beats, he’s favouring all things jungle recently, and much like his partner in crime Inja, his prowess and skill is kindred to his adaptability.

In collaboration with Microsoft Studios for the release of the critically acclaimed game Forza Horizon 4 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, drum and bass tastemakers Hospital Records is releasing an first ever exclusive and bespoke soundtrack for the game.

Featuring as an in-game radio station in a Forza Horizon game for the third time, Hospital Records now also presents 20 exclusive and original tracks produced solely for Forza Horizon 4. DisasZt has proven his weight within the drum & bass world through a variety of projects, one of which is managing one of Europe’s biggest drum & bass nights, Mainframe. As well as DJing and producing, he has brought thousands of fans through the doors of Vienna’s most illustrious venues, pulling together line ups which hand pick the absolute best of the 170bpm genre from around the world. Yet more recently it has been his own music which has caught people’s attention, the same records he has played out in his DJ sets; the live performances which have also seen him perform across the European continent. He has been able to infect his work with the same energy and enthusiasm he has shown time and time again through Mainframe, now both an events brand and record label. And it’s also the home of DisasZt’s own productions, including his forthcoming release 
‘Tigerlily’ and ‘Synco’. 
With over one hundred releases in Mainframe’s catalogue, DisasZt continues the imprint’s meteoric rise through this release. ‘Tigerlily’ is the record’s a-side, moving away from the more mainstream build of a dark drum & bass intro and instead going for a different approach. With quickly flitting beats acting as steppingstones into its first breakdown, its sudden break leaves you drowning in layers of bass heavy distortion, punctuated by strings of melody. On the reverse ‘Synco’ carries on the assault, with siren-like atmospherics adding an urgency whilst tapping notes stab through its slicing drums. Its first breakdown drives you directly through the twisting groove of each hook, which creates the energy DisasZt is renowned for during his DJ sets.

If there was a time to be aligned to the sounds of the clubbing world it would be now. More than ever, we need to be reminded of the dancefloor and why we love the explosiveness of drum & bass music in a live setting. DisasZt’s single certainly helps to do this.

“At last, you arrive” echoed the thunderous voice that seemed to originate from the body of the temple itself. “You have displayed power, spirit, strength, and soul in getting this far, but should you wish to gain access to the hidden knowledge of this great temple, you must now face the final trial which bears no name. Precious few have reached this point, and what remains of them is now scattered across the four winds that rake at this mountain peak. Prepare yourself, adventurer, for the final trial is me.”

In reflexive response to these resounding words, the adventurer steeled themselves and braced for the impact that was sure to follow. But none such occurred, and the only assault on the adventurer’s defenses was that of unexpected silence that stung at their nerves. Still on guard, they dwelled deeper within the silence, peering into its misty recesses. There, obscured by the gusts which grazed this mountaintop, yes, there was something. The faintest sound of flesh on stone, moving slowly through the cool mountain air. Yet no creature lay before them.

Then came the shattering, a sound of incomprehensible magnitude that shot the adventurer into motion. The stone courtyard splintered before them, driving jagged shards of stone like knives beneath the adventurers feet. With a powerful leap the adventurer shot into the air, remaining suspended in levitation, a technique they had learned within the previous trial. Below them, the mountain continued to crumble and the temple fell away, revealing a magnificent serpentine form in a shower of boulders and stone slabs. Rising from the body of the mountain itself was a massive dragon, unlike any the adventurer had heard tell of even within the tales of old, and upon its head stood a shadowy form, an equal to the aura of the adventurer’s own light.

“I have kept the knowledge of this temple for thousands of years” came the voice once more, sharpened by its exposure to the alpine atmosphere. “I will not have some impudent fool steal it from me”. The great dragon reared back at its rider's command, and the adventurer concentrated their energy into a great spectral claw to match. There, the adventurer understood. Win or lose, they had gained the knowledge of the temple that they sought. This they knew in their core as they drew in to prepare a great gout of flame that would match the great dragons own.

Solace and Jabaru are quickly becoming ones to watch. Last seen on Dispatch Limited in 2019, the pair are back with an impressive two track release.

Working internationally, the Belgian and Portuguese producers began each track individually, sending a work in progress to the other to complete and combine styles.

Ant TC1 along with Hidden Agenda founded Dispatch Recordings back in 2001, Ant originally helped out with the management side of the label before finding his feet within the realms of production; which was a natural progression for him having DJ’d on pirate radio and in clubs from the age of 14 (since 1992).  His first release alongside frequent production partner Stress Level appeared on Dispatch after almost 3 years of hard work getting their collective sound where they felt it needed to be before even thinking about turning on a DAT recorder.  After their first release hit the stores they quickly picked up a wealth of DJ support across their early material and went on to release for a who’s who list of established Drum & Bass record labels including the likes of Renegade, CIA, Advanced, Critical Records Integral, Liquid V, Commercial Suicide, Good Looking Records, Bingo Beats and Samurai Music.

By demand remix work started to feature heavily within their output and the duo went on to remix for the likes of Hidden Agenda, Chris SU, Artificial Intelligence, Kabuki, Total Science, Optical & Ryme Time (Jagged Edge), Atlantic Connection, Tactile & DJ Marky.  Branching out and working with other producers such as Survival, DLR & Philth has only furthered experience Ant’s skills at the controls over the years, Ant has also released his own solo material more recently on top of remixing for the likes of Lomax on Integral Records.  In 2014 Ant realised a lifetime ambition, securing his first ever release for the legendary Metalheadz label “Hungry For Atmosphere” alongside Mako, DLR & Villem with further releases for the label and counting going into 2024.

Ant’s production output has featured on a mass of compilations and mix CD’s compiled by the likes of Shy FX, LTJ Bukem, Total Science, AI, Spectrasoul, Klute and Brian G.  Additionally his work has featured very heavily within the radio shows of Friction, Grooverider, Fabio, Goldie, Bailey & Rene LaVice on their respective BBC Radio 1 slots over the years as well as BBC 1Xtra where Ant once hosted his own one-off 4 hour show, he has since additionally made 2 guest DJ appearances for DJ Friction on his Radio 1 show.  His DJ’ing work has seen him play all over the globe from Adelaide to Los Angeles, from Hong Kong to Sarajevo, Vancouver to Bangkok and last but by no means least regularly UK and EU wide. Additionally for the most part of the decade beyond 2010 Ant also worked as the Artist Manager for both Outlook and Dimensions Festival in Croatia, leading up the booking process, budgets and travel aspects for the festival.

Fast forward through to 2024; Ant is now responsible for the lead label management roles of both Metalheadz & Dispatch Recordings and is based in Thailand, with a purpose built studio room recently finished the plan (alongside managing a mass of planned record label releases) is to get back to focusing on writing music more consistently than he ever has previously.
