The Hollowing Remedy

The Antvmnos Project is something I started to deal with emotions I didn’t know how to express otherwise: grief, confusion, the heaviness of just being alive. 

I'm not a musician, and I don’t pretend to be one. I write my own lyrics and the music is made using AI tools. This isn’t about skill or technique, it’s just a way of putting feelings into sound.

The project takes inspiration from a lot of metal I’ve connected with over the years, especially the more emotional, atmospheric stuff. There’s a bit of symphonic metal, some progressive and post-metal influences, and a lot of that melodic death metal sadness. But it doesn’t really follow any one style. I just try to let whatever I want to convey.

Each piece is meant to feel like a snapshot of a certain state of mind... Sometimes calm, sometimes angry, sometimes just numb. I didn’t set out with a plan or message. I just needed somewhere to put the weight I was carrying.

If you’re drawn to darker, emotional stuff or if you’re just looking for something that feels honest...  you might find something here that speaks to you. That’s all this is: an attempt to say something I couldn’t otherwise say.
