"Wild Hues" is a track from the A&A album "Dew Falls" (https://epicambiprog.bandcamp.com/album/dew-falls), published in October 2022. 

From the album's liner notes: As the Dew Falls in the misty morning light in gistening droplets, this collection brings us little vignettes of melodies, rhythms and sounds to refresh our spirits and tell the stories of our heart. The titles lend their help in taking us to all kinds of places in our imagination in a magical wooded forest. We love the exploration and so we invite you to join us in any place where the "Dew Falls".

The track offers some nice contrasts in tempi and instrumentations, due to the varied input from both musicians.

The track plays with puzzling claims (aka lyrics), is mainly based on selected loops and some strategic vocals (those claims). Don't be baffled by the >90 sec vocals+pads intro ... 

Deep Dilogy

I "transposed" the content from 'writing essays' to 'writing music' and the lyrics were created from that. The arrangement then added organ, guitar, bass and vibes to the basic track.

Ursula Le Guin noted: "One of the functions of art is to give people the words to know their own experience. There are always areas of vast silence in any culture, and part of an artist’s job is to go into those areas and come back from the silence with something to say."

Being in it

That statement inspired lyrics that inspired two musical arrangements of them: 'endless sense' and 'end of defense'. Now it's up to you ...

The lyrics play with free associations of fantasy and mediaeval settings, rich in descriptive words ... the arrangement sets them to playful environment.

My analogue tape recordings from the 1970s and early 1980s are documentend at Bandcamp (https://api-zeltazonk.bandcamp.com/) in eleven volumes as the "APi Works" series. A "Best of APi" was compiled from these, first in 2006 and as revisited version in 2019, both only available as CDr copies then (out of print now). The 2019 version got another little remix now:

Presumably the most irregular track is 'TapeLoop A' with its runtime of over twenty minutes. The first section receives a fresh (and short!) remix, which is presented here.

A recent statement announced an art installation with these words (slightly adapted for the lyrics):
"Some things are where they don’t belong. There are things that disappear without anyone noticing. Places you leave without actually leaving. Moments you hold on to, even though they’re long gone. Layer by layer. Slowly, imperceptibly,  until the outline of what you once knew has become blurred. A tree, earth, fog, light. - A scenario that explores the ephemeral. A space emerges between visibility and disappearance—and what becomes etched in memory."
The tune uses interwoven vocals as part of the musical arrangement.

Sawubona: "All my attention is with you. I see you and I allow myself to discover your needs, to see your fears, to identify your mistakes and accept them. I accept you for what you are and you are part of me."
This is a common greeting in the Zulu tribe. In short it means “I see you, you are important to me and I value you”. It’s a way to make the other person visible and to accept them as they are with their virtues, nuances, and flaws. 
The lyrics are inspired by this thinking ...

Meditative

Being musician and artist "since ages", the last two decades and all the developments in digital music broadened my interests and activities in doing music actively and passively. Not being shy of any genre (OK, leave off some Punk and Extreme Metal derivates) I engage in composing, arranging, mixing and collaborating. 

Oh, and I do all my artwork and designs as well. And as you may notice I regard AI as a friendly helper.
