Take heart: softness and release are never far away. Let the thoughts and feelings come and welcome them home.

"Apukuna" is a Quechua word meaning 'mountain spirits'. Following an apprenticeship into Andean cosmology, I chose the name to honor the people, the wisdom, and to invite deeper appreciation for their sacred relationship to land, mountains and the unseen.
