We start with Threshold with stepping breaks, lush piano drops and cavernous bass. Float takes a softer approach but loses none of the deep vibes as more classic breaks are twisted into new patterns as sublime keys and hypnotic bass create another masterpiece. The title track Shape or Colour starts with epic keyboard stabs and bleepy melodics before the thunderous beats slam in to give the listener an education into the power of drums. The EP ends on the infectious vibes of Lebanon where deep dark pads and melodies are interspersed with cutting edge chopped breaks and speaker bending bass.
