دکتر لاله مهراد روانشناس، هیپنوتراپیست، مربي حرفه اي فردي و تخصصي شركتي، مشاور و سخنران بين المللي با بيش از ۳۰ سال تجربه كاري است که در زمینه های رشد شخصي و بهبود رابطه با خود، اطرافيان و جهان هستي تخصص دارد.

او به هزاران نفر و زوج براي بهبود رابطه، مديريت زندگي، مواجه شدن با تجربه هاي گذشته و ساختن زندگي تازه از ده ها كشور از جمله ايران، امريكا، كانادا، استراليا، سوئد، ايتاليا، انگلستان، فرانسه، بلژيك، آلمان، و ارمنستان كمك كرده است.

لاله مهراد هم اكنون در لس آنجلس مديريت موسسه Joy Self Awareness Center را به عهده دارد و سمينارها و كارگاههاي آموزشي را در كاليفرنيا و ساير ايالات امريكا و در سطح بين المللي برگزار می‌کند. هدف از سمينارها و مشاوره هاي خصوصي او تقويت تك تك افراد، زوجها و خانواده ها براي زندگي شادتر، سالم تر و رضايت بخش تر است.

Dr.Laleh Mehrad is a personal and executive coach, consultant, and an international speaker working in the field of psychology with more than 30 years of experience. Her specialties include personal development and relationship therapy. She is a licensed and certified hypnotherapist.

She has helped thousands of individuals and couples from over 10 countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Italy, England, France, Belgium, Germany, Armenia, and Iran.

She has worked with companies for successful management, effective teamwork, and team development. She has been involved in academic research and taught at universities for over ten years. She is the author of numerous books including “Psychology in Plain Language” in seven volumes, “Nature, Meditation, Healing”, and several other books.

Laleh Mehrad is the founder of Joy Self Awareness Center in Los Angeles, conducting educational seminars and workshops across the United States and internationally. Her seminars as well as her private consultations aim to empower individuals, couples, and families to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
