1 hour of sound exploration through 20 years of music culture from my vinyls collection. From early 80s electronic New Wave, Breakbeat and Spacefunk that shaped Italodisco – via Synthpop that crashed into Postpunk, generating Industrial and EBM – closing with 90s' Electro, Techno and Acid House, undisputed parents of modern club culture.

For this track, I started to stretch some clarinet notes to create this dark pattern. Then I recorded clarinet lines, recorder and electronic beats with keyboard and some editing. In the middle of the track, there is a part where I down pitched the tonality of the woodwinds to create a kind of void feel.

This song was inspired by an arrangement of a Slavic folk song, where I was also experimenting with how to combine folk music with modern electronic music and instrumental playing.  It was also particularly interesting musically, using a relatively rare Bmol key . Check plese !
