Episode 3 of Hello Dark is focused on Silent Witness.  This is only part one as the discography is large and varied.  But, the tracks all have one thing in common- they're dark and deep.

He creates dark, deep, pristine minimal-funk...

It's the one and only DUNK.

Dunk is a prolific producer with bangers on labels such as Dispatch, Encrypted Sound, Pick the Lock, C.I.A., Grid, and V Recordings.  While not producing as 1/2 of the Jam Thieves duo, Dunk has honed and mastered his own signature style that many imitate, but few can pull off.

I am thankful that I have so many top-notch tracks to choose from- there's almost too many.  So, part 2 will be coming along shortly.

This man needs no introduction. He's been producing cutting edge drum & bass since the 1990's.  Current Value has releases on most major dnb labels as well as a fantastic remix that he did for Bjork.  The man is epic as are his productions.

His bass lines are utter insanity- dark, twisting, and ever-evolving ear worms.

Welcome to the latest episode of Hello Dark...

You would be keen to think that Oli has been in the game for decades, but you would be wrong.  At barely a quarter of a century old he has had releases on plenty of major labels such as Grid and V Recordings. His bass lines are immediately noticeable, but he shifts and drifts through sounds and sub-genres with wicked precision.  Mr. Lewis is in this game for the long haul, and the scene is better for it.

Big up and a debt of gratitude to Oli himself for supporting this project and providing a plethora of unreleased tracks and dubs.  He's pure class through and through.

Well, it's been a while...

Welcome to 2024 and a new episode of Hello Dark.  While this is not the darkest of dark episodes it does sound pretty wicked thanks to the spotlight of the mix - Teej.

Teej is Bristol based and has releases on, well, a LOT of labels.  He has released on Sofa Sound, 31 Recordings, Flexout, OCC, Trust Audio and more.  His productions are razor sharp with intelligent sound design and dark, sometimes minimal grooves.  Check out his music on SC @teejdnb

Welcome to another episode of Hello Dark...

I reached out to @angalardub and asked if I could take a go at making a mix of his work.  I had no idea how prolific of a producer he is- he makes top-notch, minimal drum & bass bangers, breaks tracks, and other electronic music.  The productions are always tight and on point.  While the tracks themselves may have a minimal aesthetic, they are very dense.  Also, his basses are wild.
