The FAULTLINE SESSIONS are back!  We are returning to our first Monday of the month release schedule and we have a handful of DJs booked for the next few releases. Also be on the lookout for events in San Francisco and Portland!

It's not often you get to throw a proper party at your own place. 

Forcefields was exactly that - an invite-only weekend on my little farm tucked away in the South East (UK) far away from the madding crowds.

This year, post-Burning Man re-entry has been harder than ever before, so burying myself in 18-hours a day graft to make this happen in a way I'd be happy with was the perfect way to ameliorate my way back to the default world.

Everyone who came was perfectly respectful, and most people participated, contributed and thoroughly enjoyed the unique nature of the event. Those who were able, helped create a truly magical kingdom for the night, and it's certainly one I'll never forget, regardless of how long I find myself living in this place.

My set that night began deep as darkness fell, and as the bar emptied, I rather surprised myself by rocking out for the last hour. Most unexpected ... but that's the beauty of DJ'ing, right?

Elite Force - Live At The London Boat Party (July 14)

This week we're pleased to welcome back to The Armory, our good buddy, DJ 8Ball, the longest active member of the Space Cowboys clan in San Francisco. For his second appearance in The Armory, 8Ball treat us to a fabulous, 2-hour drum and bass mix entitled, The Late Summer Drum and Bass Incident. Enjoy. 

8Ball (aka Josh Damon) has been DJing for more than 15 years, starting with jungle then breaks at warehouse parties and on the playa. These days 8Ball plays all sorts of genres, from breaks to disco, from old school hip hop to new school funk, rock to electro, and all sorts of stuff in-between. He's one of the founding members of Space Cowboys.

He's also one of the producers for the RIPEcast, a weekly podcast of fresh DJ mixes from Space Cowboy DJs and friends.

"Thank You Breakspoll!!!!! Nominations for Best radio Show- RIPEcast and Breakfast of Champions- Best large Event. Yvette Bassett and I attended Breakspoll in London last weekend. We had a great time and were well received there.  We flew up to London packing many stickers and wearing our Cowboy gear. Folks were patting me on the back and congratulating Space Cowboys for attending and getting nominated.

Representing the SF scene and being there ment a lot to many....us included!  Thanks to everyone who voted and have supported the Ripecast and B.O.C. for these many years. Mad prop's to Vincent Wojno for the studio time to create this mix a couple days ago....nailed it in one shot brutha! Off to SXSW this week. If in Austin....

2020 has been quite the year, culminating (at least for now) with the 2020 US elections. For my set for Unison 5 (@unison_stream), I decided to try and add a layer to the music by creating a poem through the track titles of what's played, in the order they're played. In addition, all the tracks were released before 2016—a happier and more sane time. 

Aside from the poem, the music is a high energy electro breaks set but within it still has an energetic journey that was cathartic and for me, emotional. I hope you enjoy it.
