Ecstatic Fire Dance is an intentional self-guided movement exercise created by A.R.S. 111 as a tool to navigate, release, and integrate suppressed emotions that are traditionally considered to be "negative". Prepare to confront your own anger, fear, and insecurities as we take a deep dive into our collective shadow. Let the music be your anchor and your motivation. Make sure you're in a safe space where you can fully surrender to this practice and don't hold anything back.

Getting this yummy little festival off to the right start on Thursday night at the Pavilion Stage. Here's my set that got just enough booties shaking and limbs rolling to keep going throughout the weekend. Gratitude to the organizers for inviting me to rock this dance floor!

What a perfect vibe to land into right after Burning Man, with so many artists I love so much performing at the same festival.

Seeing, hearing, belonging, understanding
Cherishing all with our loving presence

So seek not, but to give
Practice being and presence
With ourselves and with others
And we will soon remember our true essence…
