Simona Faraone (@faraonica_underground) is absolutely one of the first women to dedicate herself to the art of DJing. Simona Faraone is avant-garde, cosmic energy, afro futurism. She is the undisputed witness of a sound experience that is not tied to a predefined genre, but that explores in a decisive way the nuances of underground culture. Her delicacy and refinement make her one of the most authoritative figures in electronic music and beyond.

The label @newinterplanetarymelodies perfectly reflects the sense of an experience in which the listener is projected into dimensions and scales that are always different, always new.

ARS SESSIONS #18 :: Simona Faraone

For the first episode of ARS SESSIONS we are happy to introduce @izzydemzky-1, a British dj producer based in Berlin. 

For ARS SESSIONS he has prepared a set that privileges the most hidden sounds of electronic music, with forays into multi-ethnic territories hovering between funky sounds and rhythmic grooves.

ARS SESSIONS #1 :: Blind to the groove by Izzy Demzky

Listener, researcher, collector, lover. This is how we can describe @gianluca-fusari. A person with an eclectic musical soul and versatile research. 

Present on Soundcloud, Mixcloud and Ihearthis with the well known series called "Logical nonsense", Gianluca Fusari also hosted an interesting Radio show for the Florence based Radio Amble dedicating space to ambient music and sounds but at the same time close to the clubbing beats.

For Ars sessions he offers yet another deep research work, this time dedicated to the underwater world of MTV in the early 90s where the network used to give space to alternative sounds with tv shows that have gone down in history as MTV party zone.

ARS SESSIONS #2 :: MTV party zone hosted by Gianluca Fusari

@akkaelle takes control of the third episode of Ars sessions in a journey outlined mainly by the pure sound of electro music. Sixty minutes of futuristic introspection, marked by a powerful and decisive sound in contrast with acid shades, techno beats alternating with rhythmic breaks.
