Valentin has dedicated much of his life to music - a journey which has seen him play piano and drums before switching to a full hardware setup and take to the decks at the age of 16. 

He is the founder of 11001 Records, a Berlin-based record label focused on techno, ambient, experimental and other forms of abstract visions. He’s also the co-founder of the Teufelsberg Domecast, an ambient experimental podcast/ release series with a unique sound installation focusing on live performances played in the Dots Gallery and sent to the dome’s natural reverb acoustic at the top of the main building. 

He’s also half of the Live Techno duo Metaphysical Unit. Bringing together a refined selection of deep, rhythmic and trippy Techno

Latmos is a Finnish Techno producer, DJ and live artist known from his handcrafted and hypnotic tracks. 
All of his music is made live with hardware only. He first drew attention in the Techno community with his strong debut 12” Pool of Intuition EP, released on Samuli Kemppi’s and Frederik Hatsav’s label Blacklabel Distillery. Ever since Latmos has released music on labels such as Subosc, Cinus and Fur:ther Sessions. His music has been supported around the globe by well respected DJs like: Oscar Mulero, Patrik Skoog, Dimi Angelis, P.E.A.R.L, Takaaki Itoh Mike Parker, Samuli Kemppi, Juho Kusti, Denise Rabe, Magna Pia, Dino Sabatini, Deepbass, Blazej Malinowski and Vincent Neumann to name a few.
Latmos is known from his adventurous style as a DJ. He is able to transition effortlessly from a different mood or tempo to another and keep the listeners always on their toes. As a verstile DJ Latmos can adapt into many different venues and occasions, always bringing something fresh and interesting to the table.

Wirklich ein rasanter wechsel von start des sets mit 140bpm zu 130bpm...

Da mein Xone 92 derzeit eingeschickt zur Reparatur und die spontanität des Events ist dieses Set wirklich eine besondere Zusammenstellung....

Einflüsse aus dem Urlaub in Barcelona sind zu hören, unter anderem DJ techniken von den Meistern aus den Bergen vom Parallel Festival habe ich versucht anzuwenden.

Really a rapid change from start of the set with 140bpm to 130bpm....

Since my Xone 92 is currently sent in for repair and the spontaneity of the event, this set is really a special compilation....

Influences from the vacation in Barcelona are to be heard, among other things DJ techniques of the masters from the mountains of the Parallel Festival I tried to apply.

Art Bei Ton is an artistic project focusing on merging electronic music and visual arts, though the promotion of events, podcast series and a label.  

Organizing events in Berlin and Europe, our goal is to create some immersive experiences, offering Hypnotic Techno/Ambient DJ sets and live acts, together with VJing, art exhibition, interactive audio-visual installations, performances, panels and workshops.
