THEOTHERSIDE is the new digital-only project by Metempsychosis Records. The third release of the series presents a single by End Train (@thetrain) with a remix by @uun. 

Human life happens at different levels, both in the mind and the body. The two are so deeply connected that changing one immediately affects the other. For instance, when we are worried and caught up in our thoughts, the mind sends signals to the body - leaving it closed and crunched. Contrarily, when the mind feels clear and elated - the body relaxes and opens up. 

The way the body moves feeds back to the mind, affecting its state accordingly. When the body contracts, our thoughts flow toward negative outcomes, or worse, they stagnate. When the body opens wide to the environment, the mind clears up and sees new possibilities ready to be taken. 

The mind-body feedback shows the incredibly strong connection between the two components of our being, making us aware of the potential of using either to positively condition the entire system.

Weekend Circuits 22nd release sees the return of Ground-Fault-Interrupt, a compilation series launched in 2015 which has welcomed a host of artists including Sleeparchive, Stanislav Tolkachev, Dax J and Par Grindvik. Volume 3 brings a dynamic and present-day representation of hard hitting and trance-inducing newfangled music.

Heavy on the hypnotics, Kwartz brings a sidewinding sonic escape of machines to run parallel with a rolling energy of percussion. A gritty take on modern techno production, sees an opiate energy lift dance floors into upper echelons.

Tense and unnerving, 'Universe Forms' shimmers and collides immersive patterns and reverberating deep horns to create an ever building and reforming enterprise of endurance soundscapes.

Twisting and turning with off kiltered consideration, Rommek brings about a scrutiny of frequencies. Demonic and impulsive, this fiendish track screams hellish frenzy throughout.

Rooted in the darker depths of electronic music, Positive Centre pushes an already ominous 4 track EP into the even more unearthly. Minimal and occult, the rolling subtleties bury themselves and flood the senses. An engrossing deluge of swamp-like audio can be felt across ‘Mesquinhata’.

Each vinyl copy comes with a limited edition insert designed by SHDS.

@anewmusic is the secretive alias of an artist duo whose roots are deep within the European and US club scenes.

Releasing exclusively on their namesake label ANEW Records, the imprint has featured a lot of their original material, while also featuring remix contributions from Ostgut Ton's Tobias. and London-based Blueprint owner James Ruskin.

The newest EP welcomes Spanish titan @tensal and one half of the Exium duo who has released on labels such as Oscar Mulero's PoleGroup and Warm Up, Bas Mooy's Mord, Slam's Soma and many more.

"Airborne" is a grungy and atmospheric workout for those who like a deep and cerebral trip of warping textures and analogue experimentation.

Tensal's remix thickens out the beat and uses metallic tones as the main melodic focus. Swirling hisses and driving tension demand the listeners attention to ride the climactic crescendo's and rolling groove of this discerning DJ weapon.
