This track was created as part of my personal challenge to create a track every week.

Sakma is the name of my ambient music project.

This song was a vehicle for Entheo to break out of his own self-limiting creative boxes that say what is allowed or not in music and creativity.

Following up Entheo's last single, Sail Away, I Believe in Love continues along the same integrative path, blending pop, electronic and acoustic styles, rich with layered, pitched vocals and punchy beats. It is a joyful affirmation of freedom and love. A playful divergence from the structure and style that you might hear in modern pop, electronic or dance.

This Meditation is all about energizing, expanding & balancing.

The sound of Gong helps your body and mind have moment of deep relax, this strengthens the immune system while lowering stress levels.

The Gong Meditation can be Spiritual Experience and sensation of ecstatic feeling of well being and true abundance. According to ancient philosophy, sudden realization of spiritual knowledge (spontaneous philosophical insight) is the greatest healer for the ills of humanity’s existence.

Different tones of the Gongs resonate in different part of the body, can be felt in different physical sensations. The Sound from the Gongs, fullness of resonance slows down the brain rhythms to alpha and theta frequencies.
  

Lay down or sit with your spine straight in good posture,
Way that your body can have moment of deep relaxation.
With this meditation you can swell imitate the sound of the gong to energizing and expand the energy within even more.

Listen the Meditation with your whole body and bring your focus to your hearth it automatically helps you get centered with yourself, it helps you come to the present moment and experience the abundance within.
Let your breath be soft and gentle, don’t force it, let it flow.
If there comes thoughts, let this thoughts come and let this thoughts go, always bringing back your focus on the sound of the Gongs and into your breathing.
