The Metalheadz back catalogue features almost every major figure in the history of drum and bass, and is one of the most innovative labels out there, consistently crossing boundaries with its releases since 1994. The labels output continues to showcase a maturing genre of music that displays influences from reggae, hip-hop, house and techno with highly-sophisticated and intricately-produced tracks, contrary to the image of the music that is typically presented by the mass media.

Releasing music from some of the biggest names out there whilst at the same time pushing and letting new talent break through are the reasons why Metalheadz continues to stay at the forefront of electronic music.

The Metalheadz label was also the driving force behind the seminal Sunday Session Club Nights, which achieved legendary status at London's Blue Note club. Today, Metalheadz club nights are often sell outs with the label also regularly hosting stages at some of the biggest festivals across the world.

Marvellous Cain had a series of big tunes since the heydayz of  jungle, including “The Hitman”, “ Every Day Junglist”,  “Dub Plate Style.” A DJ as well as producer Cain began typically enough, spinning rave and hardcore in the late ’80s at venues like “In-Ter-Dance”, “Overdose” & “Innersense” and following the style into jungle by the middle of the decade. He established his own label, Runninz. Cain released Gun Talk, a full-length collection of his most well-known tracks on Sub Base in 1996. DJ at an international level he has since rebranded the labels into "YARDROCK". This label has turned out good sessions of releases including "The HitMan Album feat Cutty Ranks remixed by various artists released 2017, the album has been featured on both Radio one & Kiss Fm, With the resent release of The DubPlate EP form Sub Base in 2021 gaining him a number 3 position on the gallup chart. 
The HitMan this iconic tune has stood up to the tests of time and has now been brought into the ears of the next generation with this 38 track remix album released in 2017 hitting No1 in the D&B chart with remixes from the Likes of Nicky Blackmarket, DJ Hype, Benny L, Bladerunner & serial killaz to name a few, And his HitMan Remix Album hit No 2 in the album charts and No 1 in the singles chart. Marvellous has since worked his magic on a sample pack for LOOPMASTERS. And after being nominated for 3 awards @ The We Love Jungle Awards 2015, He has since been released tunes on labels like “Subway Sounds”, “Kartoons” & “Digital Roots”.
One thing you can clearly say is Cain has not lost any of his appeal in the jungle drum & bass scene to the various radio shows that he guests on (ie) Rough Tempo, Koollondon, LifeFm.Tv, Pyro Radio, Dream FM. live steam. and has performed at Festivals like Boomtown Festival, The Big Noise Festival, Outlook Festival, Edinburgh Festival, Tokyo World Festival, Rumbellion Festival, Raver Tots, Back of Beyond Festival, Kingston Carnival & Hackney. the style of music and entertainment that the he brings has been set to a higher standard just the thing you'd expect from the Cain.

With his first release in 1999, London based Irishman Cian McCann has long since established his place in the scene. From his early days in Dublin with the Bassbin label, to working with the likes of Calibre,4 Hero, Klute, Alix Perez, Icicle and Noisia, he has never stood still. 

2008's Cheap Shots LP for Total Science's CIA Records was a high point, with the lead track "Walk Away" bringing fellow Dubliner Steo to the worlds attention. 

Also a noted remixer, Zero T has retouched artists as diverse as Dillinja, Slam, Goldie, Sabre, Lemon D, Lenzman and Lenny Fontana.

Zero T's discography reflects the diversity that his DJ sets have always shown, ranging from full vocal smoothness to more rolling, dance floor styles. 

You are as likely to find his music on labels like Metalheadz and Shogun as on Soul:r or Signature.

2010 saw two milestones reached. The launch of Footprints; Zero T's own label, and compiling and mixing FABRICLIVE052 for the esteemed London venue.

After a short period away from the scene, 2014 saw the return of Zero T as a producer, remixer and DJ with a Metalheadz debut and a spate of collaborations with the legendary Fierce on the highly regarded Quarantine.

2015 saw the long awaited sophomore album, this time coming on Dispatch Recordings, entitled "Golden Section”, along with a glut of appearances on Shogun Audio, Soul:r, Fokuz and Spearhead.

2016/17 saw more releases on Quarantine, Metalheadz, Integral, Spearhead and Horizons, along with plenty of remixes for the likes of Lenzman, Noisia, Gerra + Stone, SATL and many more. 

The last number of years have also seen Zero T touring extensively in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

2018 saw the release of the third Zero T album ‘Little Pieces’ on Dispatch Recordings, featuring guest appearances from Steo, DRS, Stamina, Villem and Beta 2. He also released an EP on Lenzman’s label The North Quarter entitled "Baby Grand", collaborated with Phase on Metalheadz and GLXY Shogun Audio and delivered another batch of remixes for Metalheadz, Dispatch and several other labels. 

2019 brought a debut solo 12" on 31 Recordings, a remix of Goldie, an extended EP with Beta 2 on Metalheadz, an EP with Steo on Integral, appearances on both V Recordings and Metalheadz 25 year anniversary LP's and much more!

2020 highlights included another EP on The North Quarter, a debut on Sofa Sound Bristol and the usual raft of remixes and guest appearances.

Hailing from a Soul, Rare Groove and Reggae background MC Fats is one of the scenes original Drum & Bass vocalist MCs and has been performing in clubs worldwide since the since the early 90’s.

He is well known for his soulful lyrics and flow and has held the mic for almost every top Drum & Bass DJ that exists finding himself regularly working alongside Dj's Hype, Fabio, Andy C, Calibre, Goldie, Friction, Marky, S.P.Y & A Sides.

His vocal skills have been lent to many releases appearing on labels such as Eastside, Shogun Audio, Metalheadz, Valve, Breakbeat Kaos, FFRR, Signature, Movement, Ram and True Playaz.

For the last 10 years Fats has been a resident MC for London’s super club Fabric as well as holding the mic at some of the top venues the UK has to offer including The End, Matter, Ministry Of Sound and Cable.

At present he is working with some of the scenes top producers collaborating with Calibre (Signature), Basher (Ram), DJ Lynx (Detail Recordings), Break & DJ Die (Clear Skyz), A Sides (Eastside) and Richie Montana (R1 Productions)

Mc Fats has worked his vocal magic to many Drum & Bass anthems such as DJ Hype's 'Peace, Love & Unity', Potential Bad Boy's 'Girlz', Calibre's 'Drop It Down', A Sides 'What U Don’t Know', Dillinja's 'I Told You How To Rock', Pendulum's 'Plastic World' and Alix Perez 'Down The Line'

There is no doubt that MC Fats is a truly amazing vocalist, as anyone who has booked him will gladly confirm. No machine-gun mc-ing here, just pure Soul, Vibes and expertise.
