Renowned vocalist and songwriter Ashley Scott proudly presents his latest
single, "Beautifully Made," a powerful homage to the beauty, strength, and resilience of women of African descent. Co-written with pianist Ben Bullock (Dave P. Stevens, Maysa, Will Downing) and bassist Bennie Sims (Musical Director for The Three Degrees and writer for Pieces of A Dream),this original jazz piece celebrates Black women’s contributions and elegance.

A return to his jazz roots, "Beautifully Made" features a traditional jazz swing arrangement that highlights Scott’s rich baritone voice, extending into his second tenor range—a testament to his vocal depth and versatility. Created in 2024, the song serves as an uplifting and timeless reminder of the beauty and grace of Black women.

Ashley Scott is a talented vocalist from Philadelphia, PA. He began singing and discovering music at the tender age of 3 from listening and watching is aunt Helen Scott of The Three Degrees.  Professionally he has sung background for Lady Alma and Jean Carn as well as shared the stage with Vivian Green, Bilal, Marcus Johnson and Grammy Award Winners Take 6. In the studio he has recorded vocals for Chavous, Sarah’s Girl, Geneva Renee, Tye Tribbett, Jim Stephens, and Will Downing.
