DISCOTECA NEGRA releases 'Schwarz' EP with Berlin's artist Piska Power.

Inspired by the book "Traumdeutung" by Freud, Piska Power creates a memorable Proto-Techno piece incorporating elemental soundscapes with his signature sound, this time with nuances on references of the late 80s like D.A.F., Liaisons Dangereuses or Einstürzende Neubauten.
      
Label head Ignacio Rosa joins to the EP with a Remix version with a heavy input of Dark Disco and New Beat for the big rooms.

On 21st June, along with our good friends at UK-based NOODS Radio, we will be celebrating the renowed Parisian music scene for this year’s Fête de la Musique.

Also on the all-day music schedule is @naonever the latest to join The EDWIN Music Channel roster with mix №138 - a diverse, partly trip-hopping set crafted in celebration of the NOODS event and suited to all of life’s moods.

It’s a mix with class, coming from a DJ, that isn’t just another Parisian DJ. Nao Never is a curator, sonic explorer, and boundary-blurring radio host. Whether spinning live or weaving stories through her radio shows, she champions intensity, eclecticism, and emotional resonance in electronic music. Affiliated with forward-thinking label collectives like Antinote and Teenage Menopause, she crafts deeply varied sets that blend cool indie emotions, melancholic dub spheres, American psychedelia, downtempo, and electro.

With a career spanning over two decades, he's released on respected labels like Clone, L.I.E.S., and Ghostly International, while also building a cult following through his DIY spirit, vintage synth obsession, and expansive catalogue under numerous aliases.
