"DREAMS." is a song written at one of the lowest points in my life. At the time, I had not given up on my vision (or dream), but my actions and my perception of myself seemed to demonstrate the opposite. I wrote this song as a way to uplift and encourage myself and dismiss the shackles of my own negativity.

This is the debut album from Steady Owl. featuring nine tracks with two singles "Why California" and "Moondog". Steady Owl's debut, "They are All Bastards Except us" invokes tongue in cheek wit and charm influenced by bands like The Smiths and REM, with melodic songs that fall between 90's indie and country rock. The songs arc and evolve from melodic tracks "Moondog" & "Why California" to the anthem "Best Days" to the trancelike atmosphe of “Stop”.
