"Kaeros (pronounced Keh-ros) is a concept formulated by the ancient inhabitants of Kahl, which translated to our tongue means "before being". It's a way of referring to the Godhead, creator of all, which would've existed before anything else did (thus, before being). 

 Analogically, Kaeros is also used when referring to the abstraction of all the names of that which exists. Everything has a name, which means everything has kaeros. It's specially important to understand this, as this is the basis to all magic and supernatural powers that the kaahl posess. If you know something by its name, you can call upon it and control its properties.

Going back to the divinity of Kaeros, the contradiction of their name is but a coloquialism, almost a poetic name given to them, as nothing can be before being. Since Kaeros contained all things within them before creating everything, all things share a bond with them, and thus all things posess a divine aspect, which is why the kaahl religion is always in syntony with the environment. Nevertheless, they can easily fall into materialism , and end up denying the divine nature of things (which is what happened a few decades before the Departure).

 Even tho we refer to Kaeros as a personal being, we cannot truly understand what the true nature of them is, as they are previous to all, and thus are beyond all that which we can comprehend. The personal aspect of Kaeros is merely but an adaptation to our reason, but we don't know their precise nature, which is why we do not gender Kaeros.

hey everyone! i've been super busy with work (just started my career in engineering) so i haven't had much time to work on music. with the time i do have, i've been having a ton of fun trying out some new musical ideas. this was something that i made mostly in one session with EchoEmission. i was trying to help them mix a new song they were working on that had a lot of potential, but ended up writing something entirely new based off of the intro melody! i had a lot of fun with this one and i'm really proud of it, so i hope everyone else will enjoy it too. also, this is going to be part of an EP. not sure exactly what it's called or when it'll be out but someday it'll all come together. thanks, and see you next time.
