This special edition CD is constructed of thick black 18pt French Muscletone 100% recycled paper. The jacket is letterpressed with the Silent Season tree in silver metallic ink. 

Hand assembled, stamped and numbered. Each package includes a Silent Season sticker sent with love from Canada.

Recorded live during the DAMNED show in Detroit in October 2014, which is an amazing "exhibition of enlightened darkness" that I've been honored to be a part of since it's inception (see http://www.thatdamnedshow.com).  In addition to stunning visual art, there are performance vignettes throughout the evening by some of the areas most creative and talented performers.  I highly recommend the event - there really isn't anything else like it in the country.

I provided the musical backdrop for each of the performances this particular night, and the music was entirely improvised based on the energy each vignette suggested.  Towards the end of the evening I co-created with a dear friend, Ms. Chantal, of Masala Dances (see http://masaladances.com), who provided a stunning movement performance...while covered in mud.  The effect was amazingly dramatic and the audience was mesmerized - although it was actually freezing cold for her!  It was truly a magical artistic moment, I'm thrilled that the audio recording of it turned out, and I'm honored to share it with you.
