Ozzy Cetin started DJing progressive and full-on psychedelic trance at his events with his first alter ego 'RAMIZES' in 2004 in Eskisehir. He added two more DJ projects into his repertoire in 2013; 'MYSTICISM' for psychill & 'FREETECH' for darkpsy. Between 2011-2014, he got involved in all major indoor and outdoor psy-trance events in Turkey as a crew and DJ. Ozzy's DJ performance started to get recognised globally which led him to take stage at some of the well respected international festivals such as OZORA, Earthcore, Boomtown, Sonica, Free-Earth, One Tribe, The Beat-Herder between 2014-2017.

In recent years, techno intelligently started to get into psy-trance world and fit perfectly. Ozzy loved this harmony and wanted to focus on these sounds more specifically. In 2019 he formed another alter ego called 'WIRED' and separated zenonesque, dark progressive, psygressive and psytech sounds from Ramizes.

Ozzy won 'The Best DJ Set' awards four times at online DJ competitions hosted by Earthcore Festival (Australia, 2015), Primitive Festival (Morrocco, 2016), Psymera (UK, 2017) and Strange Daze (UK, 2017).

He performed at over 200 gigs as a DJ in international psy-trance scene including indoor club events and outdoor festivals since 2013. A detailed bookings list can be found on his Soundcloud profile where you will also find every single set he mixed, recorded and uploaded, each with a different track list. His Soundcloud playlists also happen to be the most unique psy-trance podcast of the world which contain only the very best selection of tracks that are ever produced by all the amazing artists of our lovely tribe. Ozzy as well started to work on producing his tracks in 2020.

Ozzy is also the founder of a psy-trance events promoter community called 'CRYSTAL KIDS'. He organised over 30 events in the cities of Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya and Manchester between 2015 - 2020. He had a two year break organising events due to the global pandemic and restarted in 2022.

Hoova returns on Altar Records with a new EP named Deriwoo, where he explores new realms in ambient, downtempo, and progressive elements of music. From the eclectic landscapes of Mexico, Hoova brings his rich culture to the table with an expansive sonic palette that will definitely blow your mind.

The EP features three carefully tailored tracks offered in three different versions each and shows exactly how one can do so effectively and with a very high level of competency as a producer. Ambient mixes are designed to engage the listener into the tranquil and ethereal world in which time seems to have been slowed just a notch to savor the magnificence and detail of sound and feeling. These are great for easing into reflection or meditation, providing a tranquil refuge from the bustle of life.

In contrast, downtempo mixes keep in pace with a gentle rhythmic pulse, almost as if standing there with an inviting hand outstretched to the listener, asking them to move with him in a dance of introspection. Warm and inviting, the beats are layered with a rich tapestry of textures and melodies, each reaching out to the soul of the listener. It's in these iterations that Hoova's songwriting really pops, every note and beat threading into a story singular and universal.

The progressive mixes finish this elevation of energy by pulling the listeners into a vibrancy of sound that is both uplifting and grounding. The progressive versions witness Hoova's ability to build upon the progressive versions of testimony, wherein every track now moves through its own evolution and unfolds organically and thrillingly. A project unlike any other comes to Desert Trax this fall. Between 2009 and 2012, psychedelic bass producer Twin Shape created but left unfinished three songs that tied him inextricably to a certain time and place. As the years went on, these pieces remained rough and untouched, until he sought the help of three fellow producers to help him complete these songs.

The result is the Auxiliatus EP. From the Latin “to support,” Alterra, Shwamp, and COAM stepped in to give Twin Shape distance, perspective, and help to revisit these original creations and give them a contemporary feel on “Seeded,” “D&N,” and “Glimpse,” respectively. Three tightly wound compositions that have spanned nearly a decade since their inception now come to life with throbbing low end and alien implications. A strong recommendation for fans of Bird of Prey, Phutureprimitive, and Ott.

Standout Desert Trax contributor Key-G steps in for a remix of the Alterra collab, “Seeded,” to round out this 4-track set. The Auxiliatus EP is finally available September 13th.

Astropilot is the alias of electronic musician Dmitry Redko. His music is hard to constrain to a single style, rather, it’s an eclectic blend that defies boundaries. Whether it is a chillout-ambient composition or a more dance-oriented track, Dmitry aims to “tell a story” with it. Astropilot authored soundtracks for popular apps Solar Walk / Star Walk, which were downloaded over 10 million times. Material created over the years had been released on labels familiar to electronic music connoisseurs – Ultimae, Iboga, JOOF. 
Dmitry manned the stage in many European countries, as well as in Canada, Mexico, Israel, Lebanon, and even in Australia.
