Sunshine Girl was the exploratory sound project of Kyle Trujillo. Begun with a guitar and looper pedal in 2015, the project later translated to an electronic collage of various genres.

Something which is very near in place and time but not yet known to me

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I’ve always been involved with creative arts since i could remember. Dropping music in high school, and also being involved in theatre and other arts. After graduating, I found myself at a crossroad. Chase the music, or get a job and succumb to my truest potential. After 5 years of not releasing any music, and feeling stagnant with my life. I decided to quit my job on a whim and finally pursue what I’ve always dreamt of in the back of my mind. The music you hear today is a product of the years that have gone by and the emotions I’ve felt thru those times. I hope you enjoy. If you took the time to read this, I’m wishing you Godspeed.
