All sounds contained within are home-made/DIY recordings. Most songs are short stories, as I am influenced by Musicians & Writers like Raymond Carver, Warren Zevon, Mountain Goats, Tom Waits, Mark Eitzel,  Randy Newman, Destroyer, Steely Dan, Captain Beefheart, Loudon Wainwright III, Leonard Cohen & The National. A genre hopping multi-instrumentalist and recording artist based in the industrial area of Teesside.

A veteran of the 1990s Manchester music scene, Scott’s solo work has been played on regional, national and international radio and used in several independent films.

His tracks have been included on the BBC Introducing MIXTAPE and played on the Tom Robinson Show on BBC6.

Scott is currently collaborating with some diverse artists, both in the UK and further afield.

Influencé par différents styles, j'aime beaucoup le jazz manouche (Django Reinhardt, Angelo Debarre, Fapy Lafertin, Les Doigts de l'homme), le jazz de la Nouvelles Orleans (Tuba Skinny ainsi que tous les grands maîtres du style), le Klezmer, les musiques d'Europe de l'Est et des Balkans mais aussi le punk, le métal ou la musique d'Afrique occidentale.
