100 page hardcover book features more than 100 photos of both on- and off-stage taken by Christian Meaas Svendsen and Peter Gannushkin, as well as liner notes by each member of the band and an interview with band-leader Paal Nilssen-Love. CD1 features various small scale versions of the band from a concert in Montreal, while CD2 captures the band at the height of their powers at the end of the North-American tour.

Composed in 1998, De l’épaisseur ("From the Thickness")represents Phillipe Leroux's musical reaction to the sudden death of another French contemporary composer, Gérard Grisey. "Thickness" in the title refers to a forceful cluster, which continuously interrupts the flow of the piece, picturing the abrupt end of Grisey's life. Peformers: Rebecca MacLeod (violin), Sebastian Ostertag (cello), Branko Džinović (accordion).
