With a span of just under an hour, the mix is perfectly balanced: A deep dive into the mind of one of France’s most dedicated record collectors and DJs. DJ Sundae has just released the superb Alexis Le Tan proto-trance compilation on his label Idle Press. Together with fellow Frenchman Julien Dechery, he compiled «Sky Girl», a bewitching éducation sentimentale of heartbroken soul and ethereal folk. We are welcoming Prof. Dr. Armin Schmelz, one half of the Vienna Institute of Liederbetätigung, into our clinic for this special workshop on Dancing For Mental Health. What could we say about Armin Schmelz that hasn't already been said before? Frankly not very much. He is one of the deepest diggers in Europe, at home in a huge variety of genres that are too many to mention here, Armin always manages to cook up something fresh and exciting to whip heads and dancers alike into a frenzy. He co-costs the Liederbetätigung parties in Vienna and runs a YouTube channel by the same name with fellow Viennese digger Ali Europa.

Clicklounge is best known for his involvement in the reputable Opium Club, where he is regularly found both behind the decks and in the background curating their wicked lineups.

We've been tuning into his mixes for a long while now and have always been blown away by his ability to craft together such a unique atmosphere regardless of genre. 

For this mix we asked Clicklounge to show the darker, trippier side to his collection and the result is wicked. Hazey mid tempo burners that all come together to create a ceremony we want to be front and centre at.
