In a Music Production and DJ career spanning over 20 years, DJ James Ingram (Australia’s original house music pioneer) has been a former No.2 ranked DJ in Australia, written, produced and remixed multiple gold & platinum records and in 1992 helped launch Australia’s first Super Club “Heaven” as resident DJ for 7 years.

Through most major record labels he has released over 60 tracks under various monikers and collaborated with artists as diverse as Dead or Alive, Eternal, Vanessa Amorosi and Ross Wilson. Been a recurring judge for the Australian ARIA awards and received the SAMIA award for most outstanding contribution to dance music. 

In 2001 he took a break from music and lived in New York and London where he established a hugely successful career in the Film and TV industry.

Now, with his own unique style of Jackin’, Disco and Old-Skool sounds. Releases on Monoside Records, Let There Be House Records, Guesthouse Music, Fogbank, Cruise Music, Hot Stuff Records and Witty Tunes, along with his 2017 comeback track “That DJ Made My Day” spending 5 weeks at No1 on Traxsource - DJ James Ingram is back in the international spotlight again.

Hey, Gareth here, I'm a graphic designer who start designing for clubs, parties, and labels in the late 90s. Back then, mix CDs were the holy grail of both design and music. I loved them.

But I wasn't the only one, mix cds were the soundtracks of our nights, our days, our afterparties and lives, for everyone. Yet in today's internet age, the art form has been lost (or just changed) to 2-3 hour online mixes and streaming videos, which just don't create the same magic your CD collection did. Just 60 minutes of music and incredible artwork.

The Classic Mix CD Series celebrates these discs, their soundtrack, their box art and your memories. We hope you enjoy it.

With more than 29 years behind the decks, his career speaks for itself. If there’s one word that defines him, it’s House — a genre he has remained faithful to through trends and fads, mastering its many shades: from soulful and deep, to minimal, tech, and old school. He stands out for his impeccable elegance and the seamless harmony with which he selects each track.

A long-time resident at Mallorca’s most iconic venues, he has played across nearly all the island’s clubs and beach clubs, while also performing regularly in other cities and countries.

He was one of the key figures representing the Pacha brand in Mallorca for over 5 years, and has served as DJ and Music Curator at the Barceló Illetas Albatros hotel for 10 years. Currently, he is a resident DJ at Social Club Mallorca.

Together with Sote De Lino, he runs Esuoh, a multifaceted project encompassing a record label, events, and a radio show broadcasted on stations around the globe.

As a producer, he has released music on renowned labels like Robsoul Recordings, Mood Child, Quantize Recordings, Jackies Music, D-Vine Sounds, Stuck In Time, and more — including several remixes. His tracks frequently rank among the top sellers on key platforms, and his track "We Believe" was featured on Defected Records’ "Sam Divine In The House" compilation.

Straight outta Cairns, Australia, now resides in Berlin. TasteyDJ (aka Josie) has been deep in the scene since the late '90s—DJing, throwing parties, and running the legendary Taste-y Productions record store for over a decade. She helped shape the sound of North Queensland long before streaming made it easy.

Her sets are a wild mix of deep & groovy house, melodic techno, nu-disco, global beats, downtempo and leftfield gems. Never one to stick to one lane, she reads the room and takes it somewhere unexpected—always with rhythm, warmth and soul.
Festival regular back home (OrinAya, NYX, Kuranda Roots, Mushroom Valley, Tropical Fruits), she’s now stepping further out—recent gigs include Cusco, Peru and Berlin’s own KitKat Club.
