In today’s episode, I am exploring how to balance your inner feminine and masculine energy, and this conversation is deeply reflective of what I have been feeling and working through over the past few months.

Like many other women, I have often found myself living too connected to my masculine energy which left me feeling like I was always doing, achieving, forcing, controlling, working hard and being up in my head. 

In the pursuit of my goals (or simply because I was just trying to keep up with everything that needed to get done), I began to neglect my inner feminine essence. I would ignore my bodies cries for rest, play, love, connection, nourishment, pleasure and flow. 

But I have been bringing things back into balance these past few months and it has been an incredible journey that has absolutely transformed me. 

So, I felt inspired to come on the podcast today to share everything that has been supporting me and the changes I have been making.
