Ideal voices and much beloved

I am thinking back to the time when for the four of us, the known world hardly existed; days became simply the spaces between dreams, spaces between the shifting floors of time, of acting, of living out the topical… a tide of meaningless affairs nosing along the dead level of things, entering no climate, leading us nowhere, demanding of us nothing save the impossible— that we should be. 

Justine would say that we had been trapped in the projection of a will too powerful and too deliberate to be human— the gravitational field which Alexandria threw down about those it had chosen...

Talking about our lifetime

The long anticipated;) follow up has arrived.  I begin the song with a brief reprise of "Two Faced" to set the stage.  After the cold and bluster of March, the gentleness of spring and early summer is felt with a walk in the park.
Thank you all for the overwhelming response to my ode to March and especially the interest shown in the little teaser, epilogue now a more complete thought.  As they say, "take time to smell the flowers":)

On our recent trip to Italy, one of the places we stayed was Monterosso, one of the 5 villages in Cinque Terre. From our patio, we were able to see Il Gigante looking out over the ocean. I am pleased to announce this new music collaboration, Il Gigante di Monterosso - Feat: Sergei Govorov, celebrating the beauty of Italy.  Listen to Sergei's music on Spotify and Apple Music.
Sergei Govorov completed his doctoral degree at the Gnessin Academy of Music in Moscow with the highest honors.  In 2022, Sergei moved to the United States.  Sergei's repertoire ranges from classical saxophone to avant-garde, jazz, and pop. He has performed over 4,000 concerts worldwide.  For the last year I have been writing music for the sax and piano duo, Govorov & De Groot.  Sergei Govorov and Britta De Groot have performed my music in Colorado and have future plans for more concerts and possible recordings.

If you open Schrödinger's box and the Cat is dead, your curiosity literally killed the Cat.  Sorry. Bad joke. This song is about that awkward moment you meet/met your life partner, insecurity, dark -ahem- thoughts, my own weird autism crap and that point in the double split experiment where observation changes the experiment and the wave/particle duality ends, or opening the cat's box, Schrödinger's box, Pandora's box? Your choice. I love science. Never said I was good at it. Whatever the heck you see in it -you're correct lol.
