A Song About Nothing

Atomic Cataract is a creative  project bringing together songs written over a 3 year period by Adam Smallwood and Ryan Morse.  Themes range from Insomnia, dystopian worlds and social dysfunction with tracks typically starting as hour-long jams which are recorded then cut down, re-arranged and re-written before adding vocal parts.

All tracks are recorded at HP Studios in Ringwood and feature studio musicians Harrison Perks & Andy Smooth.



I was born in  the USSR, and in Ukraine as a part of  it. I have re-burned like a Phoenix in 2013.  From screaming 60s-70s, with my own songs have been composed  mostly in 2014-2017. l belive words of real songs matter! Now I can't present more songs as reached quota of Soundcloud. - than learning basics of drum playing by myself
- than took guitar lessons for a few years
- than took a little bit african drums lessons
- than playing a few years in a band as a drummer
- than took some sax lessons
- than learning a bit keys and synths by myself
- than fighting to catch right tones on vocals....
- producing cover songs most since 2013
in between again and again doing nothing with music many years....
whether that has borne fruit it's your decision...
