In this particular playlist we are presenting different shapes of Dub Techno. Therefore we reached out to our friends and Guest DJs to record and create a set for you.

Artist Bio:
Emesh led by Antonio Muñoz is a master in creative music production across electronic, ambient, slow trance, idm and dub. He comes from the beautiful region of La Alcarria in Spain. Since 2013 on Sendero Records, he has been delivering a quite diverse range of sound to the listener, sometimes danceable, sometimes calming, more metallic, more organic, and always inspiring. Antonio is both, a musician and therapist. His musical influences owe much to the pop and electronics of the 80s when he started working as resident Dj at Deadly club in Brihuega (Guadalajara-Spain) about 9 years. From there he went to Madrid to do Dj sets with his aka Dujay in various popular nightspots of the capital like the Circulo de Bellas Artes, Mondo and Maxime between others, in addition in the early 2000s he is the founder of the underground parties Darkbeat, programming deep trance and progressive house, pioneers in the city. Working with these sounds allowed him to warm up James Holden the first time he visited Spain in 2003. Evolving his skills, he delved into music production, mastering various instruments and exploring sound therapy rooted in shamanic practices. Antonio gives regular sound therapy sessions and journeys using his Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum and other ancient instruments. His talent has been recognized on a global stage, with his track featured at the London Music Conference in 2020 playing a set at fabric@london. This global recognition is a testament to his skill and creativity. Currently, he's immersed in his studio, Elul, recently completing an indie electronic EP with Miss Zagato, and recent releases on Initiate Rec., Piranha Siberia Dub, Blue Lotus and Something Spæcial label. With every Full Moon or solar eclips I will present a new artist which I highly admire, respect and who emodies and understands the dark, ambient and hypnotic side of techno.⁠

The Full Moon is a time of blossom and highlights.⁠
The Full Moon equals the spiritual and energetic culmination.

When the Full Moon has passed, the Waning Moon phase begins.⁠ This is the time to let go what no longer serves you.

Yesterday's Full Moon was in the sign of Libra, where 'balance' and 'relations' are the main themes.

This Full Moon emphasizes self versus other. You versus us. This is due to the influence of the sign of Aries, which the sun is now in, and the sign of Libra, in which the Full Moon occurs. Aries is very focused on itself. This sign does what it wants and likes to be the best, even if it has to disappoint another person from time to time to do so. Aries does not always do this consciously; occasionally this sign allows itself to be overly guided by its enthusiastic and fiery nature. 

The focus during this Full Moon is also on the topic of relationships. This is because of the ruling planet of the sign of Libra, Venus. Venus is seen in astrology as the love planet and is about being in harmony with others. Venus' energy is present when I-thinking gives way to we-thinking.

Revelation of Sound is pleased to present Kairogen. As a producer, her releases on Soma, Space Textures, Orbitando, and Systolic have explored the deeper, atmospheric side of techno and ambient, balancing intricate sound design with hypnotic rhythms.

This same approach extends into dub series, a project originally founded with long-standing late collaborator Niamh Jobson and now co-hosted with Danny Greenman (dj Greenman), focusing on dub techno and its influence across other sub-genres.

In 2024, she launched 313 connection at la cheetah alongside Glasgow selector undercurrent, a night dedicated to the deep connection between Detroit and gGasgow’s underground. Though new, it has already cemented itself as a key fixture in the city’s scene.

Beyond djing, Kairogen is deeply embedded in the scene, freelancing across lighting, sound, label artwork, and bar residencies, all while keeping a strong connection to the wider club community.

A resident for both Epika, the all-femme Edinburgh-based collective, and London’s Sisu crew, she moves between a wide spectrum of sounds—whether it’s the melodic side of techno, electro, house, or ambient.

With a passion for playing with emotions and creating a sense of togetherness through sound, she crafts sets that feel immersive, intuitive, and deeply connected to the dancefloor.

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.
Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began...
After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music. After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.
In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.
His style of playing and producing can be described as a perfectly, yet delicate, carved out balance between light and darkness, melancholic and emotionally charged. Cinematic sounds, rich and full of atmospheres, super evocative soundscapes with an inexplicable soul that can only be grasped when fully immersed into it.

Boris, the long-standing Berghain resident, is deeply committed to the captivating magic that unfolds on the dance floor. This burning passion within him sparks a longing to shape, tease and playfully amplify the intensity of the dance floor action. With over two decades of experience as a producer for the likes of Ostgut Ton and Careless and as a DJ, he remains an unwavering, yet never predictable, mainstay.

Renowned for his extended, scorching techno closing sets, Boris is one of the most well-versed and dedicated protagonists in Berlin's vibrant queer electronic scene. However, to pigeonhole Boris only to Berlin would be doing him a disservice. In fact, his visits to legendary clubs like Paradise Garage and the Loft in New York City have left an indelible mark on his persona and DJ style.

It took me a long time to pull myself together to record the next installment of the Return to Atlantis mix, over a year since the last one. I really wanted it to reflect the trance-like essence of Atlantis. And the perfect opportunity came during the recent Biotechnologia event at Krakow’s Sekta Selekta. I felt it was a good night, with the right vibe for a multi-genre set driven by trance energy.
Inside, you’ll hear trance in its progressive, goa, and psychedelic forms — as well as deep and minimal techno, progressive house, electro, and even some leftfield breakbeat.
I invite you to give it a listen. I have very fond memories of that night on the Sekta dancefloor. I really like this recording — its variety, and at the same time, its surprisingly coherent atmosphere.

Dj, producer and promoter based in Warsaw. Co-creator of music platform and event series Biotechnologia (Biotechnology). Through Biotechnologia and his Dj sets he looking for a balance between deep, ambient techno and broken beats. Psychedelic, tribal, spacey, trancey, acid and dreamy sounds - these are sounds that he interested in. Through events that he promoted and own mixes he try to convince the listeners that mixes based on techno do not have to darkly or brutal but they could have a colorful pallete of emotions and beats.
