[ #BOFXV19 ] Bouquet coloré [Narratives]

For this track, I was aiming for something you'd hear in a beat 'em up set in the 80's. The name is a reference to a style of wrestling that combined wrestling with other martial art techniques. I had this image of a retired wrestler turned detective and his younger partner cleaning up the streets after getting word of a major crime ring being ran by a notorious mobster (Or something to that effect).

I was aiming for something you might here at a Tropical Island Resort in a RPG or VN of some sort. I'll probably take some time to clean up the mixing and change up a couple of instruments at some point.

Day 4 submission hot off the press!

So a good friend of mine wrote up a draft for a boxing game concept and handed it to me. Using the ideas from it, I conjured up this short little tune that I thought could be used for the intro.

I'll def improve on it more at some point!

Bout To The Top (Draft)

Went with one of the tasks on the list to compose a sleeping at the inn/good night tune like the ones commonly found in a JRPG. Short, sweet and simple.

Sorry for the slow updates. Needed a bit of a break in order to get back at it.

Wanted to go with something you'd hear in a misty or foggy forest or cave in a classic JRPG. Might need a bit more work here and there, but I think it turned out well otherwise!
