Protéger sa bulle, concrètement

Suite à mon dernier podcast, protéger sa bulle concrètement, je vous ai parlé d’une méditation, que j’avais appelé méditation du matin, mais que j’ai finalement rebaptisée méditation pour créer son ancrage et sa bulle, le matin.

Vous y retrouverez une séquence simple et hautement bénéfique pour créer une solidité en vous et une bulle protectrice, douce et invitante. A force de faire cette méditation, vous serez en mesure de vous ré-ancrer et de vous recentrer, tout au long de la journée en vous rappelant simplement les images !
