Vendex is a multidisciplinary artist who brings together different spheres of contemporary creative production: music, literature, cinematic language, multimedia arts and performance. Driven by musical experimentation and innovation, Vendex is a fast-growing hard-techno DJ and producer who is highly valued on the global electronic music scene. He is the creative mind and flagship of VALKHØR, a record label and monumental brand for events across the world. In both his live performances and productions, Vendex is the narrator of eloquent stories, with an epic and moving style which guide the listener through fascinating alternate worlds.

Lorenzo Papini, born and raised in Florence, Italy, is an Industrial and Hard Techno DJ & Producer currently based in London, UK.

Because the concept of "Industrial Techno” and "Hard Techno" is nowadays extremely distorted Lorenzo prefers to define his idea of music as a journey through the darkest and fastest side of straight forward techno with some Schranz and Hardcore influences.

His sound brought him to play at several clubs and warehouse parties around Europe also alongside artists such as DYEN, Jacidorex, SNTS, Tommy 47, Stephanie Sykes, MOIA or Manu Le Malin; ultimately he made his South America debut with a Colombian tour in November 2021.

Lorenzo can count productions on labels such as Rave Alert, Scuderia, Stroberload, Gomboc, Physical Techno amongst the others and he received the support from artists with the likes of 999999999, DYEN, SNTS, Shlømo and Nico Moreno to name a few. With the first two imprints he can also praise a vinyl release.  

He is also the founder of @cataclismatechno, his own label and event organisation, where he showcases his idea of Industrial and Hard Techno.

INDUSTRIAL GROOVE IN YOUR NOSTRILS 

Khazad Records is the brainchild of label chief Balrog. 

The concept of the label was born out of a desire to release hard, industrial, and grooving techno, while also providing a platform for the best young producers to showcase their talent. In doing so, this will hopefully enable the further development of this style of industrial enthused grooving techno.

Khazad Records is a wholly inclusive collective. For this reason, every attempt will be made to ensure an even as possible gender balance of artists. In doing so we hope to address the gender imbalances that are still ever-present within the techno scene. 

As well as showcase the hottest talent in the scene right now, the label will also hope to unearth the future stars of the scene through a fully open demo policy:

- All demos will be listened too but must be sent to our email, this may mean that it takes some time for us to respond but rest assured we will get back to you and make every attempt to offer constructive advice if the demo does not suit the label.
- Tracks DO NOT need to be mastered before sending, we are looking for raw talent not the final product.
