And here we are again to introduce another masterpiece that will be released very soon on Southpark Records. We are talking about two Swiss talents owners of the excellent label "Neustadt Musik" they are doing an excellent journey in the tech house discography.
They are the "Sous Soul", promising youngsters with great technical ability and a very high quality. In this case we are talking about this wonderful track called "Macarena", great bassline, powerful percussion and a groove that is sweeping the best dancefloor in the world! Accompanying the original mix there is back another great talent: Mirco Caruso! That in this case he reworked the track by creating a remix more clean and at the same time very addictive. This big release will be out December 22. Do not miss this release completely made in Swiss :)

Rhythm Section look to Poland once more for two of the most uplifting tracks of the year. Earth Trax (known for his productions as The Phantom & one half of Ptaki) and newcomer Newborn Junior pull two absolute classics out of the bag here that do what they say on the tin. Both Sax Track and Flute Track centre around ecstatic MIDI melodies on (you guessed it) Saxophone and Flute! Falling somewhere between the late night deep house excursions of Ron Trent (circa Morning Factory era) and more recent retro-leaning breakbeat driven output from the Pender Street Steppers et al, the Sax & Flute EP is a masterclass in sustain-release. Earth Trax X Newborn Jr. - Flute Track

Wrote this track back in the summer of 2015 in Durham, NC while still at Duke. It was about 2am on a Saturday and there was a party going on downstairs / a big bonfire in the backyard. I felt exhausted from producing all day. I shut off my computer and left the studio to go hang with friends but there was some voice in my head telling me to go back. 

I booted the computer back up, wrote the chord progression in about 30 seconds, then randomly dropped 2 pieces of the acapella from Isley Brothers ft. Angela Winbush, Lil'Kim, 112 - "Float On" which fit surprisingly well. I brought a few friends into the studio soonafter and seeing the looks on their faces I knew this track must be finished.

Over the last 2 years I've made 186 versions and counting, and here is what it turned out to be. 

Fun fact: the original name of the project file was "Bout 2 Go 2 Sleep."
