The BLAKBOT Project is a musical collective conceived by Kenyatta Scott, a seasoned studio/ session musician/ songwriter and producer originally from Detroit MI USA, currently residing in Atlanta GA USA. BLAKBOTS music's purpose is to provide deep, soulful afro jazz funk afri-latin rock POP techno sounds for the world's consumption. The original line-up of  BLAKBOT is: DJ Donne (Co- Songwriter/ Producer/ Engineer/ Synths), Kari Epps (Lead Vocals), Carl "Doc" Boyd (Sax, Flute), Serge "Sergio" McCoy (Set Drums), Charles St Louis (Bass), Darren Curtis (Lead Guitar), Bobby "Miller Time" Miller (Congas), Sule' Opio (Congas/ Djembe) and Randall Vaughn (Trumpet/ 4 valve Flugelhorn/ Congas/ MASCHINE/ Synths).The UK's own DAZ-I-KUE (BB Boogie, Bugz In The Attic/ 4HERO/ Macy Gray) is the recording engineer/ Producer. 100% Original material is covered, all with soulful, jazzy, ROCK, funky, POWER-in-the-groove, as well as afri-funk percussive sensibilities....

I come from the Larry Levan Garage, and club Pan-o-rama era where i listened to the Great John Monaco, been at this for some years, 1978 and counting, Clearday prod is the group, some of the clubs i have played at are Club Panorama, Mellons, Collibron,Zampogi's and i have done mobile long enough to know how to!!!!!
