Took these dancers on a journey where the night sky goes dark and lights come on just after sunset. In a mystical old bushman's cave, ripping leads and baselines into the valley here in the Cederberg. These tracks are all of ceremonial significance with the intended selections of instruments and rhythms. Perfect for this set and setting...This was my eye's vision of the perfect flight into Spring on this full moon, where we invite new life in and shed old skin.

This time In Focus is REVERSED LOGIC with a DJ mix recorded at his home studio, which contains his new EP just released on Digital Om, and some unreleased tracks, including an Altruism Remix and some collaborations that are coming out soon! Reversed Logic is the new solo project of Ivan Jovicic from the well known and established psychedelic progressive act Middle Mode of Serbia. In the past years, Ivan has been exploring different ideas about psychedelic music production and after some experimentation he has created Reversed Logic which brings forward a more fast paced and driving style of Psychedelic dance music. The framework of the music crosses over to the twisted psychedelic/forest side and at the same time keeping a strong Goa feeling alive through the leads and melodies.

Together with his crew the co-founder of the Berlin and Leipzig based collective Interphase (ex @audiovisionelles) hosted some of the wildest parties in recent berlin history, if he is not planning some ridiculous event, he usually can be found in the dance giving the crowd a pleasuring combination of still hidden gems of the past and the freshest dubs of the present. For this mix he went for a giving mixture of future Speed Garage anthems and long forgotten Bassline House classics, keeping it strictly 4x4. Origin Festival sets the benchmark for what a Psychedlic Festival in South Africa could and should be. 20 years old and yet somehow, always getting better. This festival has brought me nothing but wonderful memories over the years and this edition was the best of them yet. 🙌
