For the 30 year anniversary of the Ugly Duckling debut album called "Down The Road", and for the first time ever on vinyl and CD format, here is the full version of the Yudee 1995 demo/promo tape. This 20 tracks album contains all the songs that made them famous but — and it's an important point —  with their original versions of beats, recordings and lyrics. This album also contains two mid 90's bonus tracks that were only available on the Down The Road alternative demo tape. Needless to say that both versions of the Down The Road Demo Tape are simply impossible to find and are HIGHLY sought! 

A real Must Have for all the serious Hip Hop Collectors out there!

Sup y'all?! We are back to the hidden Gems with another DOPE album from the 206 (Seattle). Indeed, we are proud to announce we got the Doublevision crew in the house. 

Doublevision is composed of Bean One (the producer), Page 3 & X.Troydinaire (the two Emcees). 

In 1999 they put out their first and last album called 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑌𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑇𝑤𝑜 𝐺𝑒𝑒, a real Gem that was only pressed on CD format at the time. 

This solid project captures the sound of an era and how the 206 sounded back then. 18 tracks album, pure Heat, Boom Bap, Conscious, Hardcore styles, just as we like it. 

On a side note: Bean One produced for many talented Artists such as Living Legends, Macklemore, Black Sheep, Jurassic 5, Supernatural, X Clan, Rasco, Source of Labor, Nomad, The Silent Lamb Project,  just to name a few.

Also, in this album you will clearly hear the Do The Math influences, this is because Bean One and Vitamin D were connected, D is mentioned in their shout too. It's a small world. 

So yeah, it was about time we release this bomb album for the first time on vinyl and that we repress the CD format, the OG CD being impossible to find at a decent price.

Part two of a trilogy of mixes from the "Diggers Dozen" event that I put on in Brisbane, Australia back in 2014. Each of these themed mixes each feature 12 top-tier records hand picked from the Bulletproof Crates played out live on 2 turntables, mixer and a Kaossilator.

This second mix is the 45 Crate, featuring some little 7" vinyls dug up in dusty record stores, flea markets & junk shops in the depths of France, Poland, Czech Republic, Japan, Amsterdam, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Australia and the US. Tune into some dusty downtempo drum heavy proto hip-hop, funk, psych, soundtracks and electronic weird gear.
